After the wax-up is approved by the patient, then we proceed to make the temporaries, where he's going to live with the temporary. And if he likes it, then we can proceed to the final work. After a treatment like that can be sensitive teeth for a short period of time. It depends of each person and a big smile. Sometimes the teeth are too far away, where we have to do some orthodontics or Invisalign before preparing the patient for a smile design.
